We only sell goods to businesses, corporations, educational establishments, medical establishments, government bodies and registered charities. If you are an educational, government establishment or blue chip company and wish to pay by 14 or 30 day account please fax your official purchase order. We take care to ensure prices are correct but we're only human and on occasions mistakes may happen. If we do find, on these rare occasions, that we have made an error with pricing we will contact you to give you an opportunity to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order. When signing for acceptance of your goods, you are signing to accept ownership of your goods in perfect physical condition. If you do not check the goods at time of signing, and the goods have been broken in transit, then we are sorry, but we cannot replace or take back your goods. Once you have accepted your goods, please note you have 2 working days to check that your product is working satisfactory as any faulty products will be replaced. After two days, the manufacturers warranty comes into effect. Please note goods are NOT sold on a sale or return basis.

Making A Purchase All exports outside the UK the purchases will be liable for all taxes and shipping costs . We do not sell to consumers (private individuals). Shipping And Handling Shipping charges by UK courier. We do export outside the UK, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

Delivery Schedule All orders are shipped in as timely fashion as possible but Indigo Scientific will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or costs arising from this. Should goods not be in stock, a sales person will ring you and we can back order for you.

Tax Charges VAT is charged at 17.5% for the UK
