STRUCTURED LIGHT SYSTEMS
Designed for use with most of today's Florescence and reflected light microscopes, OptiGrid provides optical sectioning with unprecedented simplicity and light efficiency, while maintaining the optical integrity and image quality of its host microscope.
Truly innovative technology and a clean, uncomplicated design translate into a significantly lower entry cost than alternative confocal technologies. With OptiGrid, research quality confocal imaging is accessible to most life sciences and materials laboratories.
Compatible with the Full Spectrum of Fluorescing Dyes
OptiGrid offers confocal fluorescence image sectioning and multiple fluorescence Image sectioning and software for extended depth of focus, 3D and surface reconstruction. For the first time, the scientific community will be able to capture confocal-fluorescent images that have been previously unobtainable ... including those using GFP Dyes.
Because OptiGrid utilises conventional light, it illuminates specimens in the same manner as standard fluorescence microscopes, affording universal compatibility with the full-spectrum of fluorescent dyes. This also minimises fluorescent dye bleaching and photo-degradation inherent in laser confocal imaging
Confocal Microscopy is now redefined with OptiGrid. Optigrid makes use of a unique Grid Projection technology to deliver the full capability of confocal microscopy without the use of lasers, pin-holes or de-convolution software. Your existing Fluorescence or reflected light microscope now may be used to obtain high quality optical sections with ease. The acquired sections are then reconstructed as 3D or extended depth of focus images. Optigrid covers many Fluorescence and reflected light applications. Cost of ownership of a confocal microscope is now much reduced, with a highly competitive purchase price and low cost maintenance and little downtime.
