Optical HREM Systems

We have two major systems for performing block face imaging/HREM. A smaller easy to use Micro system and an advanced Ultra system. Most HREM use cases can be performed with the Micro system but for higher resolution (scanning) and fluorescence an Ultra system may be considered. Learn more about HREM here.

Resin samples require some extra items for making samples, we offer some speciality products for the manufacture of these samples. Below is our resin chucks that provide extra support for sectioning as well as split moulds to make the extraction of samples easier than traditional PTFE moulds.
