Accurate XY stages for microscopes, these XY stages can be controlled via joystick or USB commands. Ideal for zoom or stereo microscopes as well as unique upright setups transforming a simple zoom microscope into a powerful tool.

These XY stages can be placed on a lab surface and automatically operate your microscope around a sample, efficiently and accurately.

Compatibility and Retrofitting

This XY can be used with almost any zoom, stereo and some upright microscopes. We can make adaptable to your needs simply contact us.

Retrofit and older, but perfectly usable, microscope to the XY scanning stage via a pole or connector and use as normal. We can provide transmitted light and oblique light setups.

Capture

Use the XY stage to capture scans of samples with ease either through the supported camera list or through BNC connector. Capture each image automatically and stick to a larger image (calibration required).

Custom Design and Manufacture

Each XY is hand built by our team and is tailored to your need, simply contact us to set it up. Software is available for stitching and moving the XY but is not mandatory, commands are also available on request. Run the XY via RS232, USB or via a joystick for control in your applications, we can also offer specific command integration, so software does not need to be rewritten.

Our XY stages can be customised to user requirement, but our base model has the following specifications:

USB 2.0 communication
32mm pole for stereo microscopes and zoom microscopes (no focus adjustment included)
2 Axis joystick with 3 buttons
Up to 80mm of travel
220-240v input

The above can be adjusted to the users requirements such as USB 3.0/USB C interface, RS232 or different microscope mounting.
