PRISM In Vivo Imaging Systems from MediLumine

In vivo imaging systems allow researchers to visualise living organisms in real time. These imaging setups are often used in drug discovery, neuroscience and molecular biology for non-invasive monitoring.

At Indigo Scientific, we offer advanced PRISM in vivo imaging systems by MediLumine for high sensitivity imaging of mice and other living organisms. Medilumines PRISM imaging systems offer a range of technology for a range of specifications.

PRISM In Vivo Models

PRISM SWIR

PRISM SWIR

SWIR imaging platform enabling high-speed, multi-colour in vivo imaging across the NIR-II region.

PRISM Bio-Box

PRISM Bio-Box

In Vivo System

PRISM In Vivo EMCCD

EMCCD system for real-time bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging.

PRISM SWIR In Vivo Imaging System

The PRISM™ SWIR system provides high-resolution in vivo imaging in the shortwave infrared (NIR-II) region, enabling clearer visualisation of fluorescent biomarkers deeper within tissue.

  • SWIR (NIR-II) imaging for deeper tissue penetration and reduced auto fluorescence

  • Improved contrast and resolution compared with visible or standard NIR imaging

  • Multi-colour excitation with up to four user-defined wavelengths

  • Compatible with dyes such as Cy5, Cy7.5 and IRDye800CW

  • Auto-laser and auto-exposure modes for easier experiment setup

  • Excitation multiplexing with single-channel SWIR detection

  • Suitable for molecular and biomarker imaging in preclinical research

PRISM EMCCD In Vivo Imaging System

The PRISM™ In Vivo Imaging System uses photon-counting EMCCD technology to deliver extremely sensitive real-time imaging for preclinical research.

  • EMCCD camera capable of detecting single photons

  • Quantum efficiency above 90% between 550–750 nm

  • Real-time imaging with acquisition speeds up to 20 frames per second

  • Dual illumination from top-left and top-right for uniform fluorescence excitation

  • High-sensitivity bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging

  • 2D imaging with optional 3D signal localisation and depth estimation

  • Designed for detecting very weak optical signals in vivo
