Summary of Jenoptik Gryphax Prokyon
Full Description
The flagship Jenoptik Gryphax Prokyon, uses a unique colour algorithm for real measured colour applications. Making it perfect for industry fluorescence applications. This chip uses scanning to achieve high resolution images by moving the chip, giving you fast imaging when required as well as a 21 megapixel image. This chip is 1/1.2 inches with individual pixel sizes of 5.86 microns and a quantum efficiency of 0.6 QE.
The Jenoptik Prokyon uses scanning to increase resolution, so in shot mode can deliver up to 21-megapixel images from a chip capable of producing 2.3 megapixels. The resolutions include:
960 x 600 (0.6 megapixels @ 120 fps)
1920 x 1200 (2.3 megapixels @ 120 fps)
3840 x 2400 (9.2 megapixel)
5760 x 3500 (21 megapixel)
In video mode the Jenoptik Prokyon can deliver full HD imaging at 25 fps. For fast sensitive slow-motion imaging, in bursts, can achieve up to 120 fps also at HD.
Summary
Scanning 2.3-megapixel sensor for resolutions up to 21 megapixels.
Quantum efficiency of 0.6 QE in colour.
Sensitive 5.86-micron 1/1.2 inch sensor.
HD Imaging at 25 fps.
C-Mount connection for use with nearly all modern microscopes.

Interface
Jenoptik cameras come in a tough aluminium frame, this case is solid unlike other cameras and can help increase the longevity of the camera. With a photocoupler trigger out for non-interference output for TTL signals.
Each camera has the same case and appearance, with a common C-Mount adapter to connect. Each camera uses a high throughput USB 3.0 interface, this ensures both flexibility and interface longevity.
