Zeiss Light Manager Tutorial

Zeiss' light manager function allows for easy control of light manager across all objectives and fluorescence setups (if applicable). For use it requires setup of each combination and can be enabled and disabled. We use an Axiovert 5 in this tutorial but can be universal among Zeiss systems.

Toggling Light Manager

To toggle light manager simultaneously hold in the 'Snap' button and the 'Light Manager'/intensity button. If the state is on the light will flash green twice. If off it will flash orange.

Adjusting Light Manager

To adjust the current light profile for the objective/illumination combination, press and hold the 'Light Manager'/intensity button. When the setting has been confirmed the illumination will flash/blip to confirm.
