Key Specifications for Axio Imager
Zeiss Axio Imager is a modular upright microscope with upgrades, with basic set models/stands to build a fully customisable model ideal for your application.
There are six different stands for different applications for bright field and fluorescence applications.
Axio Imager.A2 LED – LED Stand for routine evaluation and image acquisition.
Axio Imager.A2 – Universal stand with encoded/manual filter options for observation, reporting and interactive measurements.
Axio Imager.D2 – Allows for partial motorization (reflector turret) and encoded scanning stages for semi-automatic measurements and reporting.
Axio Imager.M2p – Adds motorization for nosepiece, condenser and z-drive. With support for efficient lab work, evaluation and entry level confocal.
Axio Imager.M2 – Fully motorized stand with light/contrast management and z-drive for automated 3D imaging, analysis and medium throughput multi-user use.
Axio Imager.Z2 – High performance, fully motorized stand with ultra precise z-drive, heavy load capacity. Z2 features support for 3D, DIC, fluorescence and confocal imaging in high throughput, multi user environments.
Upgrades & Options for Axio Imager
Apotome 3 for all stands – combine the Axio Imager 2 stands with the Apotome 3 structured light setup for removal of out of focus light for increased contrast and resolution.
Stages and Inserts - Manual, Rotary Manual and automated stage options for simplicity or automation
Fluorescence filters, phase contrast & more - Add reflected light fluorescence as well as transmitted light for phase contrast, polarisation and more.
Reflected light illumination – add a reflected light setup with a Colibri 5 or Colibri 7 LED source for control via the stand or desktop controller.
Microscope Cameras - install an AxioCam microscope camera for sensitive fluorescence applications or routine documentation.
