Light Source Description

Zeiss Colibri 3 for an integrated excitation of fluorescence via LED channels. Covering Red, Green, Blue and the UV range. Colibri 3 setups can be connected to the Axiovert 5 or Axioscope 5 microscopes via the CAN bus for direct control of the illumination channels. When connected, the Colibri 3 can be controlled via the light manager for intensity control of each channel for sample preservation. 


The Colibri 3 can not be controlled as a stand alone device.
